Tus datos viven en tu móvil
Cydor funciona sin cuenta. Rutinas, plan semanal, series, pesos y medidas se guardan solo en una base de datos local dentro de tu dispositivo, y la app completa funciona sin conexión. Además puedes exportar esa base de datos a un fichero y guardarlo donde quieras: la copia sigue siendo tuya.
Cuenta opcional
Crear cuenta es opcional: sin ella no se envía nada a ningún servidor. Si la creas, guardamos tu correo, tu nombre de usuario y tu contraseña (almacenada con hash, nunca en claro) para que puedas entrar desde tus dispositivos.
Sincronización en la nube (Cydor Plus o coach enlazado)
Con la suscripción Plus o si un entrenador te tiene enlazado, tus entrenos (sesiones, ejercicios y series), sus notas y tus pesajes corporales se envían a la API de Cydor (alojada en Google Cloud, cifrada en tránsito con HTTPS) para que no los pierdas. En esta versión la sincronización es solo de subida.
Rutinas, plan semanal y ajustes no se sincronizan: se quedan en tu dispositivo. El nivel de tu cuenta (gratis o Plus) lo decide siempre el servidor a partir de tu suscripción verificada.
La web de Cydor
La web cydor.link es estática y alojada en Cloudflare Pages. No usa cookies de publicidad ni de seguimiento; solo cookies técnicas si en el futuro existen login y sesión. Las peticiones a la API se hacen al mismo origen mediante un proxy, sin CORS.
Formularios y lista de avisos
Si dejas tu correo para avisarte del lanzamiento, lo tratamos con tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), registrado con fecha, y solo para enviarte ese aviso y novedades de Cydor. Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento. Los emails transaccionales de tu cuenta (verificación, recuperación) no dependen de este consentimiento.
Encargados y transferencias
Los únicos terceros implicados son: Google Play (pagos), Google Cloud (donde se aloja nuestra API), Cloudflare (hosting de la web) y Brevo (envío de emails). Aplican sus propias políticas y, cuando corresponde, garantías de transferencia (SCC/DPF).
Compras (Cydor Plus)
El pago lo procesa Google Play: no vemos ni almacenamos tus datos de pago. Recibimos de Google el token de la compra, lo verificamos en el servidor y guardamos su estado para mantener tu suscripción al día.
Lo que NO hacemos
Sin anuncios, nunca: no está previsto introducirlos en ninguna fase (decisión permanente). Sin analítica ni telemetría de terceros. Sin rastreo entre apps. No vendemos, alquilamos ni cedemos tus datos.
Borrar tu cuenta y tus datos
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y los datos sincronizados en cualquier momento, sin salir de la app. Instrucciones en Eliminar tu cuenta.
Permisos solo cuando hacen falta
Los permisos (notificaciones, ficheros, salud) se piden justo antes de usar la función correspondiente y nunca con fines distintos.

Your data lives on your phone
Cydor works without an account. Routines, weekly plan, sets, weights and measurements are stored only in a local database on your device, and the full app works offline. You can also export that database to a file and keep it wherever you like: the backup stays yours.
Account is optional
Creating an account is optional: without one, nothing is sent to any server. If you create one, we store your email, your username and your password (hashed, never in plain text) so you can sign in from your devices.
Cloud sync (Cydor Plus or linked coach)
With the Plus subscription, or if a coach has you linked, your workouts (sessions, exercises and sets), their notes and your body weights are sent to Cydor's API (hosted on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit with HTTPS) so you don't lose them. In this version sync is upload-only.
Routines, weekly plan and settings are not synced: they stay on your device. Your account level (free or Plus) is always decided by the server from your verified subscription.
The Cydor website
The site cydor.link is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies; only technical cookies if login and sessions exist in the future. API requests are same-origin through a proxy, without CORS.
Forms and launch updates
If you leave your email to be notified of the launch, we process it based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), timestamped, and only to send you that notice and Cydor news. You can opt out at any time. Transactional account emails (verification, recovery) do not depend on that consent.
Processors and transfers
The only third parties involved are: Google Play (payments), Google Cloud (where our API is hosted), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Brevo (email delivery). Their own policies apply and, where relevant, transfer safeguards (SCC/DPF).
Purchases (Cydor Plus)
Payment is handled by Google Play: we never see or store your payment details. We receive the purchase token from Google, verify it on the server and keep its state so your subscription stays up to date.
What we do NOT do
No ads, ever: none are planned in any phase (permanent decision). No third-party analytics or telemetry. No cross-app tracking. We do not sell, rent or share your data.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and its synced data at any time, without leaving the app. Instructions in Delete your account.
Permissions only when needed
Permissions (notifications, files, health) are requested right before the corresponding feature is used and never for any other purpose.
